A Charles IFM provide complete Hard and Soft facilities services to Ayrshire metal products to include on-going maintenance and repairs to the building electrical and mechanical services, LV switch gear maintenance, site engineers for holiday cover, electrical fixed wire testing, electrical installation, Air conditioning maintenance and installation, Fire alarm service, repair and maintenance, Portable appliance testing, asset management and external cleaning services.
